When in Rome - Part I : blue sky and monuments

Last week I was on a wonderful city trip to Rome.

It was a 3 day trip and compared to other city trips I really did not shoot to many picutures, as taking pictures in Rome somehow wasn't too easy for me.

Even if it was my second time in Rome I was overwhelmed by all the big monuments and historical buildings - therefore it was really hard to focus on the small and special things which I usually portrait.

For sure the pictures of Romes big attractions are fine - just as fine as they appear on the 1 million greeting cards..

Anyway, at least I tried to take some rather unusual pictures,
